If you click on the Disease Info Search you can search various diseases and chromsome problems. Clicking T for "trisomy" will result in searches for Trisomy 9 Trisomy 13 Trisomy 18 Trisomy 22 However, do not forget that there are other chromsome problems such as Translocation and Mosaic.
