Find the nearest one to your town. You will seldom find them in public. You can contact any hospital in town or other Mental Health care units to locate these Down Syndrome people. Here's my challenge. Try to communicate "love" to her. I bet she wouldn't even know how to sleep with you. You'll need a hell lot of compassion, patience and love in order to have her as a girlfriend, dude. You'll have to be much more loving, compassionate and tolerant than Mahatma Gandhi.
